Situated in northern Orange County, it lies near the convergence of several major freeways—the Interstate 5 (Santa Ana Freeway), State Route 22 (Garden Grove Freeway), and State Route 57—an area locally nicknamed the "Orange Crush." This strategic location places the mall about 2.5 miles from Disneyland, making it accessible to both local residents and the millions of tourists who visit the region annually.
